2-3 Leelanau Vintners' "Spring Sip & Savor", with brunch-themed wine & food pairings. Meet the winemaker at each winery on Saturday from 11-5pm and Sunday Noon- 5pm. Tickets are $30..00, advance purchase suggested through the Leelanau Peninsula Vintner's Association.
16 2nd Annual Leelanau Cherry Blossom Tour, with buses leaving from Peshawbestown (between Greilickville & Traverse City on M22), 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Just as most trees are starting to show their flowers, join expert guides to wind along the backroads, hillsides and farms. Annual Labor Day Bridge Walk/Party, Glen Lake Narrows at Noon. (Don't know what will occur as the bridge is likely to still be under construction, but something will surely happen to celebrate the end of the summer season.)

No fireworks in Glen Arbor, but Suttons Bay Fireworks will be Saturday, September 5th, Marina Park at dusk.

19 Glen Lake Chamber of Commerce BBQ & Brew Festival. Great food by local restaurants, locally brewed beers to sample, and rockin' music. Rain or shine under the big tent on the lot across from Art's Tavern. Western Avenue/M22, Glen Arbor. Noon - 4:00. Admission.
